At Dekoriq, we do our best to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is typically 7–9 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, delivery location, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please note that it may take some time before the tracking link becomes active with the shipping carrier.
Delivery Delays

Unclaimed Parcels
